Gastronomic session

There is not better way to begin the week with a gastronomic session with the Chef Victor of L'Hotel Ametlla of Mar. Surrounded of his wonderful squad in But Badó shared cookery, good whiles and especially his extraordinary dishes that by the way, had the gentileza to offer me so that, according to him, gave him my opinion. Already you see… a good type where there are them. A grandísimo professional and bigger still like person that did the delights of my palate. All a pleasure and an honour work surrounded of so much talent. Here it goes a sample of appetizers and desserts, and already with win enormous of the second session. This time will be of main dishes. It promises sure.
